Who we hire
- Strong English communication – written and spoken. You will be calling and emailing U.S. realtors.
- Comfortable on CRMs and dashboards. HubSpot, Lofty, Follow Up Boss, KVCore, GoHighLevel – bonus if you know any of them already.
- Proactive and reliable. Tasks closed before the deadline, not at the deadline.
- Available during U.S. business hours at least part of your day.
