MLS Listing Support

Situation

A team that lists 8-12 properties per month had inconsistent listing presentation: missing photos, vague descriptions, wrong room counts, and listings going live before they were fully ready.

What the VA did

A listing VA now owns each new listing end-to-end: MLS data entry, photo upload and ordering, AI-assisted description writing with the agent’s final review, syndication confirmation across Zillow, Realtor.com, and Redfin, and a “ready to publish” checklist signed off before the listing goes active.

Outcome

Average days-to-first-showing dropped from 6 to 2. Two listings that previously would have gone live with errors were caught before publishing. Agents now spend their time on negotiations and showings instead of data entry.

The takeaway

Your listing is your first impression. A trained VA makes sure that first impression is not a half-loaded photo set.
